Bubbles Pets Rescue was founded in 2014. It is a small rescue organization dedicated to helping stray, abandoned, and surrendered cats and dogs—changing lives one at a time. We are not a shelter or based in a single location; instead, we rely on personal home spaces, foster homes, and paid boarding facilities to care for our rescues.
